However, based on our market experience, most customers still perform size grading on mixed walnut kernels after receiving them, which not only increases costs but also increases kernel wear. Therefore, we recommend purchasing top-grade and third-grade separately if possible.

As for why the current procurement categories exist, we speculate that it may be due to insufficient production capacity of American walnuts, forcing the market to accept this category.
